A Quiet Place part 2 postponed amid Covid-19 pandemic

Fans have been awaiting the imminent release of A Quiet Place 2 which was slated for later this month. Amid the worsening Covid-19 outbreak (which is now officially a pandemic) many things are being cancelled or postponed.

A Quiet Place has now joined that list:

John Krazinsky, the writer and director of the film, released this statement:
“One of the things I’m most proud of is that people have said our movie is one you have to see all together. Well due to the ever-changing circumstances of what’s going on in the world around us, now is clearly not the right time to do that. As insanely excited as we are for all of you to see this movie .. I’m gonna wait to release the film till we CAN all see it together! So here’s to our group movie date! See you soon!”

let's hope that we don't all end up living in a world as desolate as the one depicted in A Quiet Place.
