A Hidden Life

Terrence Malick is one of the greatest directors working today. He gave us Badlands, The Thin Red Line, and Days of Heaven.  Then he
gave up on the narrative form. For years he has been creating visual arts more akin to impressionist paintings than normal films.

These works are beauteous,  lyrical,  confounding,  strange,  and at times deeply confusing.

Now he has returned to narrative form with A Hidden Life.
