Bloody Disgusting is Reporting that Wes Craven's original director's cut of Cursed still exists.
For those not in the know, Cursed was Wes Craven's werewolf film. It isn't good, folks. It's frankly terrible. Craven wasn't to blame.
Harvey Weinstein (yes, the rapist Harvey Weinstein) took away control of the film. He replaced Rick Baker's practical effects with dreary CGI and cut out performances by several good actors. They turned the film into a muddled mess.
Now a former Dimension exec says that Craven's cut still exists and could be released.
